DEEDA Designs Keynote TEMPLATES FAQ

How editable are your templates?

All our Templates are 100% customizable. Change as much or as little as you like - it's up to you! Add images, change colors, switch fonts - there's no limit to how much you can customize your template to fit your specific needs.

How many times can I use a template?

Once you've purchased a template you can use and reuse it as many times as you want! There is no limit to the number of times you can publish with it.

Can I use your templates for commercial and/or personal use?

Yes, you can use any of our templates for both personal or commercial use (no additional licenses are required for commercial projects).

Please note: You can't re-sell any templates as-is, or in a way where these resources can be extracted in their original form. Any resources must be incorporated into an original work of art, and can't make up the primary value of what you create.

Keynote TEMPLATE EDITING HELP

How do I save my template as a theme in the theme chooser?

  1. Choose File > Save Theme (from the File menu at the top of your screen).
  2. Click an option:
  • Add to theme chooser: Type a name for the theme, then press Return. Your theme appears in the My Themes category in the theme chooser.
  • Save: Type a name for the theme, then choose where you want to save it.

If you saved a custom theme or if someone sent you a theme, you need to install it so that you can use it in Keynote. Installing a theme adds it to the theme chooser. Skip this task if you chose Add to Theme Chooser when you saved the custom theme.

  • Double-click the theme file (it has the file extension “.kth”), then click Add to Theme Chooser.
  • You can set Keynote to always open a new presentation from the same theme instead of from the theme chooser. Choose Keynote > Preferences (from the Keynote menu at the top of your screen). In the General pane, select “Use theme,” then click Change Theme to select a theme.
